Sampling

On request, we take samples in your facility and send them to our partner laboratory for microbiological and/or chemical testing.

At your request, we measure the frying oil quality as well as the thermal disinfection in the dishwasher as part of a site inspection.

Microbiological and chemical analyzes

We have been successfully cooperating with Bachema AG, an ISO 17025 certified laboratory, for many years. The microbiological and chemical analyzes are always performed in a qualified and reliable manner. In addition, chemical and microbiological drinking and bathing water analyzes are carried out according to accredited methods, including legionella testing.
