For the login please use the same eMail address and password as for the app and our customer area on the Alcomo website.

Synchronization

In the Alcomo Cockpit you will find all the data you have collected with our Alcomo HACCP App. The prerequisite is that the new data recorded in the app is synchronized.

Synchronization is performed by clicking the sync icon in the top right corner of the app. In the main view with the checklists, resp. documents, a complete synchronization is performed. In subsections of the app, only the corresponding subsection (e.g. tasks, configuration, etc.) is synchronized at a time. You can see the date and time of the last complete synchronization in the status line, at the very bottom of the main views.

The Alcomo Cockpit can display all data synchronized from the app to the Alcomo server. The newly captured data on the app that has not yet been synced will not be displayed and will only be on the device on which the app is installed.
