Change payment method

If your card is about to expire or has already expired, or you simply want to link another card to your account, you have the option to update your payment method. A valid means of payment ensures that the subscription is automatically renewed.

If your credit card is expired on the day of automatic subscription renewal, the subscription will be suspended. In order to continue using our service, i. e. the Alcomo app, the subscription must be renewed manually in this case. Read more here.

Credit card (PayPal see below)

You can use the following step-by-step guide for credit card payments only.

1. Log in on our website to get into your Alcomo account. Login
   • After logging in, you will normally be taken directly to your Alcomo account. Otherwise, click “Account” in the upper right corner.
2. Select on the left: payment methods
3. Add a new payment method and delete the old payment method if necessary
   

PayPal and credit cards

You can use the following step-by-step guide for PayPal and credit card payments.

1. Log in on our website to get into your Alcomo account. Login
   • After logging in, you will normally be taken directly to your Alcomo account. Otherwise, click “Account” in the upper right corner.
2. Select on the left side: Subscriptions
   
   
3. Select at the corresponding subscription: View
4. In the subscription view, select: Change payment
   
   
5. You can then enter a new payment method (PayPal or credit card)
