To delete your Alcomo account and the association with your HACCP data, please follow the steps below. This option is available both on our website and in the Alcomo HACCP app.

  • Log in with the admin login data.
  • Navigate to the “Configuration” tab and select “General”.
  • Confirm the “Delete account” option.

Important:

After we receive your account deletion request, our support team will conduct a thorough review. If your account only contains test data, the deletion will be carried out immediately and without further queries. However, if your account contains HACCP or hygiene records, we will contact the legal owner of the account – for example, the restaurant owner – to confirm the deletion request. Our primary goal is to prevent the accidental loss of legally relevant food safety data. Make sure that all important data has been saved appropriately in formats such as PDF, XLSX or CSV before submitting the application.
